When Stephen Liston took his first guitar lesson at age nine, he asked
his teacher if it was possible to play both melody and chords at the same
time. He was assured it was not. Guitarists either pick a melody or strum
chords. In a fast rising career, Liston has proven that a guitarist can
not only accompany himself, but create a whole world of sound. When you
listen to his music, it seems several guitars are being played simultaneously.
His musical style and talent are truly unforgettable.
